By accessing this website, creating an account, or booking a session with Luminaura Reiki, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you book a session, you also agree to the Consent and Liability Waiver required at booking. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

To create an account and book a session, you must: • Be at least 18 years old; • Be physically located in the United States and booking for a session that will take place while you (and, for animal sessions, the animal) are in the United States; and • Provide accurate contact and booking information. If you book a session involving an animal, you confirm that you are the legal owner of that animal. Bookings by non-owners are not permitted, even with permission from another person. You remain responsible for the animal’s welfare and for any care decisions made before, during, or after the session.

Luminaura Reiki offers complementary practices such as reiki for people and animals, animal communication, chakra work, tarot, and crystal healing. These services are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical, veterinary, psychological, or other licensed professional care, and they are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a licensed professional. Session-specific disclosures—including California complementary-care notices, medical and veterinary disclaimers, and no-guarantee language—are set out in the Consent and Liability Waiver you accept at booking. Always seek appropriate licensed care for health concerns affecting you or an animal in your care.

Booking requires signing in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details (including phone number when requested) and for keeping access to that email secure. We may contact you by email, phone, or calendar invitation about your booking, schedule changes, payment reminders (when payment applies), or related session logistics.

Available times are shown based on the Luminaura Reiki practitioner’s schedule and existing commitments. Submitting a booking request does not always guarantee a confirmed appointment; confirmation depends on the booking policy in effect at the time (for example, instant confirmation or practitioner review). Confirmed remote sessions may include a calendar invitation and a video meeting link. You are responsible for joining on time with a working connection and a quiet space appropriate for the session type.

Please cancel or reschedule as early as you can. To receive a full refund of any fee already collected for that session—or to avoid being charged when payment is collected later—you must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the session, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Any fee already paid for that session is forfeited. If payment had not yet been collected, the applicable session fee may still be due. If the Luminaura Reiki practitioner cancels or needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund of any fee already collected for that session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limits on future bookings.

Service descriptions, durations, and any listed prices on the site are informational and may change. A booking is charged at the rate confirmed for that booking. When online payment is enabled for a service, payment is due according to the instructions shown at booking (which may include paying in full when you book through a secure payment provider). Until online payment is enabled for a given booking path, payment timing and method will be communicated at booking or by the practitioner before the session. Accepted payment methods, when offered online, typically include major credit and debit cards processed by a third-party payment provider. Luminaura Reiki does not store full card numbers on this website. Complementary wellness work is offered in good faith. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and fees are for the time and session reserved—not for a particular result. The cancellation and no-show rules in Section 6 apply whenever a fee is charged or due for a session.

Sessions and site use should remain respectful, consensual, and free from harassment or misuse. The Luminaura Reiki practitioner may end a session early or decline future bookings if conduct makes continuing unsafe, inappropriate, or incompatible with the practice. Ending a session for conduct reasons does not create a right to a refund outside the rules in Section 6, except where the practitioner decides otherwise.

Content on this website—including text, imagery, branding, layouts, and materials describing Luminaura Reiki services—is owned by Luminaura Reiki or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, download for redistribution, or use site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. You may share links to public pages of this site for personal, non-commercial referral.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The site may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminaura Reiki and the Luminaura Reiki practitioner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site (including booking glitches, downtime, calendar or email delivery issues, or display errors), or from complementary wellness sessions booked through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Session-related assumption of risk and releases are addressed in the Consent and Liability Waiver accepted at booking. You remain responsible for decisions about your health, an animal’s care, and any follow-up with licensed professionals.

We collect information you provide to create an account, book sessions, and communicate with us (such as name, email, phone number, timezone, and optional messages). That information is used to operate bookings, send related communications, process payments when enabled, and improve the service. Do not share sensitive medical or veterinary records through booking messages unless you are comfortable doing so. Additional privacy details may be provided elsewhere on the site when available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you agree that courts located in Los Angeles County, California are an appropriate venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the site. The Consent and Liability Waiver you accept at booking is also governed by California law as stated in that waiver.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Updates take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the site or booking after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For a confirmed booking already made, the cancellation and payment rules that applied at the time of that booking will continue to apply to that booking unless we notify you otherwise and you agree.
